Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern purchases made through the Shinster online store at shinster.com, operated by Kuti József EV. Please read them carefully before placing your order.

2. General provisions

These Terms apply to all electronic commerce services provided through the shinster.com website (the "Store"). Purchases are made by submitting an order electronically, as described in these Terms. By placing an order, the Customer accepts these Terms as binding.

3. Products

The Store sells custom-designed shin guards and related products. Detailed descriptions and characteristics of each product are available on the relevant product page. Images shown are illustrations and may differ slightly from the actual product, particularly for custom-printed items.

Prices: All prices are shown and charged in Hungarian Forint (HUF), regardless of the language or country selected during ordering. Prices include VAT in accordance with Hungarian law and do not include shipping fees.

4. Order process

• Select the product and (for custom items) personalise it.
• Add it to the cart.
• Provide shipping and billing details.
• Choose a shipping method (home delivery or pickup point).
• Pay securely online via Stripe.
• Receive your order confirmation by email.

5. Conclusion of the contract

The contract becomes effective when the Provider confirms the order. The Provider will confirm orders by email within 48 hours. If no confirmation is received within this period, the Customer is released from any obligation.

6. Payment

Payment is processed online via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd.. The Provider does not have access to card data.

See the Shipping & Payment page for details. For custom products, the typical lead time including production is 5–10 business days.

8. Right of withdrawal

Under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), the Customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal. Details are available on the Returns & Right of Withdrawal page.

Important: Under § 29(1)(c) of Decree 45/2014, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised — this includes all custom-printed shin guards. By finalising the order, the Customer expressly acknowledges this.

9. Warranty

Products are subject to the warranty rules of the Hungarian Civil Code and Government Decree 151/2003 (IX. 22.). In case of defective performance, the Customer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal.

10. Complaints

Complaints can be submitted in writing to info@shinster.com or by post to the Provider's registered address. Complaints are investigated and answered within 30 days.

11. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy.

12. Miscellaneous

Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by the Hungarian Civil Code and applicable Hungarian law. The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms; amendments take effect upon publication on the website.
