1. Shipping methods
Pickup point (Packeta)
Approx. 2-3 business days within Hungary, at a lower rate. Pick up your parcel at the selected location within 7 days.
Home delivery (courier)
Approx. 2-4 business days within Hungary, delivered to your address. The courier will contact you in advance by phone or SMS.
2. Shipping fees
The exact shipping fee is shown in the cart and at checkout, depending on the chosen method and destination.
Free shipping on orders over €60 within the EU (subject to availability).
3. Lead time
Custom-printed shin guards take 3-7 business days to produce, plus 2-4 business days for delivery. Total lead time is typically 5-10 business days.
In-stock, non-custom items are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days.
4. International shipping
We ship to EU member states (Germany, Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Croatia, Czech Republic, Poland, etc.). Exact rates and times are shown in the cart after you select your destination.
5. Payment methods
Online card payment via the secure Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. platform. Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express.
All transactions use SSL encryption. Shinster does not have access to your card details.
6. Invoice
We issue an electronic invoice for every order, sent to the email address provided at checkout.
7. Tracking
As soon as your parcel leaves our facility, we'll email you a tracking number. You can follow its journey on shinster.com/my-orders or directly through the courier.
